What information we collect
When you fill in the availability form, we receive the details you entered: name, clinic name, city, phone, and notes if you wrote any. If you reached the site from a campaign link, we also keep which campaign you came from and which page you landed on. We do not collect medical information about patients through the site.
The site does not currently use tracking tools or marketing cookies. The hosting provider may keep basic technical information, such as IP address and browser type, for operation and security. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers.
Why we use the information
Only to get back to you about the enquiry you left, and to check whether we are a fit to work together. We will not sell your details or pass them to others, except to service providers that help us run the site and manage enquiries (the hosting service where form submissions are stored, and Google Sheets where we manage enquiries), and only to the extent required.
How long the information is kept
As long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and the business relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any stage.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, you may ask to review the information held about you, correct it or delete it. For any such request, write to smilegrowthisrael@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change the policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
