Fit call and city lock
A call of about 20 minutes. We learn the clinic, the treatments you want to fill, your price range and your audience, and check that your city is open. If it is a fit, the city is reserved for you.
Good treatment moves in stages, and each stage is built on the result of the last. That is how we build a campaign: four stages, each one resting on what we learned in the stage before.
A call of about 20 minutes. We learn the clinic, the treatments you want to fill, your price range and your audience, and check that your city is open. If it is a fit, the city is reserved for you.
We write and design ads that speak to what patients actually feel, and build a form with qualifying questions: which treatment interests them, when they want to start, and whether the price range suits them.
Every qualified lead lands in the clinic CRM, and an email alert reaches you the same moment. The system tells the team what to do next, so no lead falls through.
You update the CRM with what happened to each lead: called back, consultation booked, treatment started. We steer the campaign accordingly: more of what reaches the chair, less of what does not.
Most clinic ads look the same: a smile, a price, "book now". They bring leads, but mostly from price shoppers. An ad that brings patients is built differently, in four layers:
The first line does not sell a treatment. It describes a moment the patient knows: hiding the smile in photos, chewing on one side only, putting it off for years. Whoever recognises themselves stops to read.
A sharp contrast between today and what is possible: before and after, the old solution against the new one. The gap creates curiosity, and curiosity brings the click.
Every treatment gets postponed for one main reason: price, pain, time, or "it's not for me". A good ad answers it before the patient says it.
The ad and the form say clearly what the treatment is and who it suits. That lowers the number of leads a little, and raises their quality a lot.
A "special offer" or "discount" ad brings many leads, but mostly from people comparing prices. When the goal is patients who start treatment, the angle has to be value, not a discount.
On the fit call we show you real examples, and build the angle that suits your clinic together. Book a call
Our specialty is clear aligners: an expensive treatment that patients deliberate over for a long time. What works there works for other treatments too, when each one gets ads and qualifying questions built around the question that stops its patients.
"How will it look at work, and what if it doesn't work?"
An expensive, elective treatment. Patients think about it for a long time before they enquire, so the ad has to answer the hesitation, not just show a price.
Discretion, and a sharp contrast with the familiar braces. The ad speaks to the fear that actually stops patients: being seen with braces at the office.
Questions about budget range and start date, so that those who are ready to start come through, not only those who want to ask.
The same method, with a different angle for each treatment:
The angle: Quality of life: eating, smiling and talking without thinking about it. And a clear process, step by step.
The angle: A natural result, and confidence in your smile in every photo.
The angle: A professional result before an event: a wedding, an interview, a photo shoot.
The angle: A clear plan, and a consultation that brings order.
The angle: What happens when you postpone, and an appointment that is easy to book.
Tell us which treatment you want to fill, and we will build ads and qualifying questions for it.
Book a fit callThis is not another spreadsheet of leads. For every clinic we set up its own CRM, built specifically for working with marketing leads. Every lead enters it automatically, and the system tells the team what to do now, so no lead falls between the chairs.
The Today tab sorts leads by urgency: new ones first, then whoever asked to be called back today, then "no answer" for another attempt. A lead that was not handled does not disappear. It stays at the top until it is updated.
Next to every lead, a button sends a ready WhatsApp message, worded for the stage: new lead, no answer, reminder before the consultation. The team does not type, just clicks.
The team only updates a status from a list: contacted, consultation booked, attended, treatment started. Response time, duplicates and days since the lead update themselves. Opens on desktop and phone, from anywhere, with no installation and no extra subscription.
A funnel from lead to treatment start, response time, and performance by treatment, month and ad. That is what steers the campaign, and what shows you what your money brings back.
